Overview
The CMAC programme maintains 14 reference documents alongside the [cmac key=“papers”] formal papers. These provide cross-references, verification infrastructure, and defensive documentation.
The R-Suite
R1: Contractionon
Purpose: Reference for the contraction procedure that reduces arbitrary structures to the octahedral constraint.
Version: v2.1
R2: Master Concordance
Purpose: Complete cross-reference table linking identities, papers, and verification scripts.
Version: v9
Use when: You need to trace a result to its source or find related identities.
R3: Identity Lattice
Purpose: The authoritative registry of all [cmac key=“identities”] proven identities with epistemic tiers, provenance, and dependencies.
Version: v18
Use when: You need to verify an identity’s tier (MP/PD/ST/CJ) or find its derivation.

R5: Reviewer Brief
Purpose: The defensive document. Every standard objection answered. 15 universal objections and 6 venue-specific defense blocks.

Use when: You encounter (or raise) a skeptical objection.
Start here if: You have limited time and want to evaluate the programme quickly.
R6: ToE Benchmark
Purpose: Comparison table scoring CMAC against string theory, LQG, Connes NCG, Wolfram, and other ToE candidates.
Version: v9.0
Use when: You want to compare CMAC to competing programmes.
R7: Connes NCG Comparison
Purpose: Point-by-point comparison with Alain Connes’ Noncommutative Geometry approach to the Standard Model.
Use when: You’re familiar with NCG and want to understand how CMAC differs.
R8: Absences Registry
Purpose: All [cmac key=“absence_theorems”] structural absence theorems — phenomena that CMAC predicts do NOT exist.

Use when: You want to know what would kill the theory.
Key absences:

R9: Reader’s Guide
Purpose: Complete navigation map with dependency graph, reading paths, and cross-reference table.

Use when: You’re deciding which papers to read and in what order.
R10: Uniqueness Inventory
Purpose: Catalog of all uniqueness proofs in the programme (why the octahedron, why these coefficients, etc.).
Version: v2.1
Use when: You want to know why specific choices are forced rather than arbitrary.
R11: Identity Lattice JSON
Purpose: Machine-readable version of R3 for computational access.
Version: v14 (stub)
Use when: You want to programmatically query the identity database.
R12: Music and Alpha
Purpose: Connection between the fine-structure constant and musical intervals (the Pythagorean comma).

Note: Supplementary interest only; not required for physics.
R13: Diamond Chronicle
Purpose: Historical narrative of the programme’s development.

R14: Code Index
Purpose: Complete documentation of all [cmac key=“scripts”] canonical verification scripts with descriptions and check counts.
